Once we receive all of your information we will start on the project and send you a draft in 3 business days. Once you receive your draft, you have up to 48 hours to approve or to provide changes. If no response has been provided, we will close your order and no refund will be provided. IF changes have been sent we will make the changes and RESEND another draft for approval. We do not finalize anything until you approve. *** Please note we only allow two separate revision drafts before we charge $5 per additional revision. **** Once you approve your design, we will send you your files or send for print.
